  4. Avoid cigarettes/drinking 
  5. Eat health-giving meals
  6. Set goals you can achieve
  7. Get help when needed 
  8. Surround yourself with people you can trust ( Something for the future )
  9. Value yourself (ever Important)
  10. Social connections (Matching with number 8)
